Notes for Sir Thomas Vincent
Surrey Visitation of 1530-1623: Possibly he is the Sir Thos Vincent of Stoke Dabernon, Surrey who sold the old seat of Bernake to Thos Cecil, erle of Devon. If so, then he obtained Stoke Dabernon through marrying the heir of same, Jane dau of Thomas Lyfield and Frances, dau of Edmond Lord Bray. The latter is all confirmed in CP.
