In his will, dated June 10th 1387, he lists:
His late brother Thomas Lord Poynings,
Joane, his daughter, unmarried,
His infant in his wife's womb,
Sir Micahel de Poynings his honourable lord and father,
His uncle Richard de Poynings,
Lady Isabel, his loving wife, daughter to my Lord Robert de Grey, then called Fitz-Payne.
He left a gift to Thomas d'Odingsells.
