Curiously, not in RCL P-L's tree.
But here’s his baptism:

Baptism Place: St George, Hanover Square, London, Westminster, England
Father: Thomas Powys
Mother: Eleanor Powys
The baptism register reads as:
“Baptisms July 1779
“Baptised 25 Horatio S of Thomas esq & Eleanor Powys Born 26 [sic]”

In EAP’s family genealogy book she wrote on page 42:
“Horace Powys the 2nd son of the 1st Ld Lilford died an infant in 1788”
This is the only evidence that we have for his death. I have searched for, but yet to find , his burial record but there is none either in Thorp Achurch nor in any publicly available list of burials in London. As the Thorpe Achurch are usually quite good for this family, my suspicion is that he died in London and could have been buried in a corner of any churchyard or burial ground. Such London records may well not have survived.
