He and Anne Green had three daus., one of whom was probably Anne Vaux who m. Sir Richard Sapcotes (Lincs peds, pub Harleian 1904, Sapcotes, Vol III, p. 853 and Hunts 1613 Visitation, pub Harleian, p. 12).
Lipscombe says that Ann, m. Sir Thos Strange of Kent, and Alice, m. Sir Ed. Sapcote, were the daughters of Eliz FitzHugh.
He was a knight bachelor in the king’s retinue at the Field of the Cloth of Gold in 1520.
