The reason for this might be that another page of the Lilford cum Wigthorpe baptism register is missing, page 18 this time.
The last entry on p. 17 is on 18 Dec 1842, the first entry on page 19 is 24 May 1846. So four years of baptisms are missing with her birth, and presumably baptism, right in the middle of the missing page, which is 18. I have ordered this page as well.

In all censuses she was calculated from her age as born in 1845 and in Middlesex.
In 1911 they were at 14 Palace Garden Terrace, Kensington and she reported that she had had no children.

In 1939 she, and her husband, were still alive and the Register gave both their birth dates, at 14 Palace Gardens Terrace, Notting Hill Gate, Kensington, London:
