The BMD indices also have an Alfred Norman Powys born Jul-Sep 1847 in Kensington district; he looks highly like another child of this family.  He m. in Q2 of 1871 at Lambeth district , vol 1d, p. 541; wife unknown.  Though the date of his birth does not tie in with his sister Anne Elizabeth Juliana who is said to be been born in Feb 1848.
