Might this be her baptism:  NO, NO and NO!

Name:           Louisa Powys

Father:         Thomas Powys
Mother:         Eleanor Powys

In fact this has to be her baptism as:
1. Her forenames are right,
2. It is within 5 years of her birth date in the 1841 census,
3. It agrees with her age of 80 at death:

First name(s)  Louisa Horatia

What then of the earlier child of Thomas and Eleanor?  My guess is that she died an infant and this Louisa Horatia was named partly in memory of her.

Did she really get married when she was 74?  Oswald Barron in his Powys chapter in the Northants genealogy VCH volume says she died in in 1864 in her 90th year.

On the other hand in the 1841 census she was the youngest of her siblings and was said to be born c. 1795:

In 1841, the Misses Powys were at Duncan House, Clifton, Gloucestershire:

Her death from the GRO site:

Name:                      Age at Death (in years):
MARSH, LOUISA HORATIA      80
GRO Reference: 1871  S Quarter in BROMLEY UNION  Volume 02A  Page 180

At least her age at death is a tad closer to her age in the 1841 census.  The curious thing is that I have been unable to find her or her husband in the 1851 or 1861 censuses.
