________________

He was not found initially on the 1861 census but this was because his surname was transcribed wrongly as ‘Ponzs’ (reported to FindMYPast).  In 1861 he was living with his wife and unmarried daughter Elizabeth at the Cottage, Medmenham.
________________

In 1871 he had no family with him and was still living in The Cottage, Medmenham, Oxon with a husband and wife team to look after him.

Notes for Thomas Arthur & Anne (Family)
They were married by the time of the 1841 census, their first daughter Maria was born, from Family Search in Oct 1835.  So I would guess they were married in 1834, but can find no record of this at all as yet.
