In the Familiae Minorem Gentium, vol 3, p. 1130, it states that he was ejected from the rectorship of Ousden in 1662, so the above record looks correct.
It further states that he was Lord of the Manor of Witnesham, this would improve the reliability of the evidence for him and his descendants as he would undoubtedly have signed the odd document.
