In 1891 she was staying with her aunt and uncle Millicent nee Powys and William Henman.
No death record on FreeBMD up to 1910.
In addition to Mary and Ruth as daughters on FreeBMD, and in the 1911 census. there is also:
Ethel Ivy, Q2 of 1909, W Ham, vol 4a, p. 466
The volume number is the same 4a as the previous two daughters, which indicates to me the same registration office, so I think this is highly likely to be a third daughter. There are no further Gambell births up to 1920 in W Ham and there are no deaths either.
