I previous had him as "Of Botreaux castle, Cornwall" (from Burke's Extinct baronetcies) but stand corrected to the entry in Faris' Plantagenet Ancestry. The Worcs vis'n has him as of Salford, Warks, as does the Staffs 1583 one.
