In the Wharton pedigree of the West & Cumberland visitations, she is stated to be dau. of N.N. Cleburn of Cleburne, Westmorland.

And, bingo!, in the Wharton article of Foster’s 1584-5 and 1612 Yorks vis’n, she is clearly given as the dau. of Richard of Killerby.
