She m. (1) Norman H Rickman ca Feb 1918, (2) John Thomas Lightfoot in Nov 1918.
In the 1901 census she was living at Berrow Road, Burnham, Somerset with her father and stepmother and aged 13, born in Torquay, Devon.
FreeBMD only has one Phyllis B Hill marriage from 1902 to 1920, on Q1 of 1918 at Eastbourne to Norman N Rickman (his record) or Hickman (her record). There are several Phyllis Hill marriages but none with a name near Lightfoot. I have also listed all “John T Lightfoot” marriages to see if a spouse has a likely forename, but nothing found from 1901 to 1935.
I cannot find her on the 1911 census, not as Hill, nor as Lightfoot. But I then looked for Phyllis with no surname, born in Devon in 1887 and found this:
