Bartrum on his table “Bleddyn ap Cynfyn 30” shows that he was born in 1274 and died in 1293, quoting Eyton vi 61.
CP refers to him as being a ‘feudal baron’ from 1286. As well as naming him as Owen ap Griffith ap Gwenweynweyn, CP also says he used De la Pole which means of Welshpool.
