In her diaries, Caroline Powys wrote on 5th Feb 1802: This ye 5 of Feb: our Dear Carolines Birth day born 1775.

1775 Whitchurch Baptism Register:
  "1775 Mar 29   POWIS   Caroline Isabella d. of Philip Lybbe Esqre & Caroline"

She married the Rev. Edward Cooper, first cousin to Jane Austen (who is never mentioned in the Diaries).  They had 8 children, two of the sons marrying Powys cousins.
The Rev. was Rector of Sonning, Berks, and a Fellow of All Souls.

Om the licence to marry, of 11th March 1793:

“Edward Cooper of the parish of Sunning, Bucks, batchelor, 21 and up ... intendeth to marry Caroline Isabella Powys of the parish of Fawley, Bucks, a minor of 18 yrs up and with the consent of Philip Lybbe Powys [her] father. ... to solemnise same in the parish church of Fawley aforesaid...”

In her diaries on 13 March 1802, Caroline Powys wrote: Edward & Caroline Coopers Wedding day, married 1793.

The Oxford Journal states that the marriage was at Fawley and was by Rev Thomas Powys jnr.
