Whitchurch Baptism Register:
"1806 Apr 15 POWYS Amelia Frances d. Philip Lybbe & Louisa (nee MITCHELL) born Oct 23 1805"
Married her cousin, the Rev. Philip Cooper.
July 2010: The Powys family bible also records her as being born on Oct 23 1805, so I have altered her birth date from November (dunno where I got that from...).
